Tap the three lines top-left, any time, to jump to Dashboard, Add Patient, or History.

➕ Add Patient

Opens two choices: New OPD Patient for routine visits, or Emergency Patient for urgent cases. Pick one to open the form.

💾 Save Patient

Fill every field marked with a red *, then tap the gold Save button at the bottom.

📋 Patient History

Shows everyone you've saved. Use the All / OPD / Emergency tabs to filter, and the 🗑 button to delete a practice entry.

📲 Install on your phone

Tap "Install App on Phone" in the menu. On Android it installs directly; on iPhone, follow the Share → Add to Home Screen steps shown.
